We are closing for a week – What you Need to Know

From Friday the 30th of June 2017 until Friday the 7th of June, the clinic will be closed as our new clinic is set up and renovations completed

We will open our new clinic doors on Monday the 10th of July 2017 at St Andrew Place. The new address is Suite 282, Ground Floor, St Andrews Place. 33 North Street Spring Hill.Q.4000

During this week off the clinic number 07 32795697 will be diverted to another number. We don’t as yet know our new number, but we will keep you informed about this too

During the week we are closed, you can still order products and supplements and Sereena and Rhiannon will be answering your emails and phone calls

With your herbal order forms, please email these to us as the fax will not be working in this time. Please email all queries and herbal order forms to info@shentherapies.com.au

We will be changing our email address and phone numbers at some stage, but at this time, all our numbers and email addresses are staying the same during the transition.

Please make sure you book ahead with your appointment for the week we start at St Andrews. It is going to be a busy week. If you haven’t been in a while, please let the staff know this too as you may need an extended consult.

Please note that we are only working out of 2 rooms at St Andrew’s Place so appointment times are a little different and we will need to know if you are running late. The appointment schedules will be changing slightly and we will have to enforce cancellation fees, if we don’t get adequate notice. SMS confirmations are sent daily about you appointments.

We are sorry for any inconvenience during this time. Some of this is out of our control unfortunately. Please give us a call if you need any supplements, need appointments, or need to chat to us about anything

We look forward to seeing you all in at our new clinic location soon.

Parking At Our New Clinic

We have had a few comments from people that they find it a bit scary to travel into Spring Hill and find parking. We know Brisbane people can be a bit fickle when it comes to travelling outside their suburb, but it really isn’t that far into Spring Hill and the parking isn’t that bad.

While we know Brisbane parking can be a bit over the top and sometimes hard to find, but we are here to ease your minds just a little bit.

For those who don’t know Spring Hill, it is actually less than 20 minutes from the current Jamboree Heights clinic, especially for those coming from the centenary area. The Legacy Way and ICB makes it a very quick trip.

When it comes to parking around our new clinic at St Andrews Place (Suite 282, 33 North Street), which is attached to St Andrews Hospital, there is plenty of places to park.
There are 1 hour, 2 hour, 3 hour and 8 hour metered parking in the surrounding streets.

On Boundary street, just off North Street, there are 1 hour parking spots and near the Spring Hill Baths, there is also 2 hour parking. In the parallel streets to North Street, there is 8 hour parking and just over near the Roma Street parklands (about 1 minute walk away), there is 3 hour parking.

There is parking in St Andrews place but it is very expensive. You can however book online through secure parking and get some great discounts. There is also parking in St Andrew Hospital, which is a little cheaper and around $20 all day.

You best bet is to leave a little earlier and park in the meters.

You can also catch a train and catch the free city circle bus to boundary street and get off near North Street too.

The new clinic will be at St Andrew Place professional suites. The address is suite 282, ground floor, St Andrews Place. 33 North Street Spring Hill Q 4000.

We look forward to seeing you all there. Please don’t be a stranger. Don’t chance going anywhere else, or seeing someone you don’t know. We do hear about the shockers out there, so please don’t chance that.

We will also be giving you regular email and Facebook updates about our move and the dates we will be opening there. This Friday will be our last day at Jamboree Heights. Dr Andrew Orr is going to post up some last words soon, before the big move.
Phones will be diverted from the old number for a while too.
